Everything you need to know about TRIØ7, our products, and your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. The subsequent delivery time within Germany is 6–10 business days. International shipping takes 6–14 business days, depending on the destination country. You can find all details on our shipping page.
Can I still change or cancel my order after purchase?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Email us immediately at support@trio7.de with your order number. After this period, your order will already be in production.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Exact shipping costs and times will be displayed at checkout. Any customs fees (outside the EU) are to be paid by the buyer.
How do I track my order?
After shipping, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any problems, please contact us at any time.
What materials does TRIØ7 use?
TRIØ7 exclusively uses heavyweight cotton with at least 380g/m². The fabrics are durable, dimensionally stable, and significantly heavier than standard streetwear. You can find precise material specifications on each product page.
How does the clothing fit?
All TRIØ7 pieces are cut in an oversized fit. We recommend ordering your normal size. Detailed measurements for all categories can be found in our size chart.
Do the prints fade over time?
No, if you follow the care instructions. Turn the item inside out before washing, wash at max. 30°C, and dry without direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry, do not iron on the print.
What do the three lines ARTCORE, URBAN, and ESSENTIAL mean?
ARTCORE – The most limited line with the highest artistic claim. URBAN – Modern streetwear for everyday with its own character. ESSENTIAL – Maximum quality, minimalist design, maximum versatility.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to return your order. You can find all details on our returns page.
How does a return work?
Email us at support@trio7.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address. Refund within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, a size exchange is possible as long as the desired size is still available. Since TRIØ7 works with limited drops, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
Will there be restocks?
Generally no. TRIØ7 works with limited drops. Once an item is sold out, it will not return. Follow us on Instagram @trio7de or TikTok @trio7de to be the first to see new releases.
Where is TRIØ7 designed?
All designs are created in Backnang, Germany. Edgard, the founder and Creative Director, personally develops each motif.
Is TRIØ7 also available in retail stores?
Currently, TRIØ7 is exclusively available through this online shop. This ensures full quality control and direct customer contact without intermediaries.
