Right of Revocation

As a consumer, you have the right to revoke this order within 30 days without giving any reasons. The revocation period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, please inform us by email at support@trio7.de with your order number and an explicit statement that you wish to revoke the purchase.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is unworn and unwashed.
• All labels and original packaging are present.
• The return is initiated within the 30-day period.

How the Return Process Works

1. Write to us at support@trio7.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Carefully package the product and send it back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping with tracking.
4. Once the goods have been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the goods are faulty or a wrong product was delivered. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Size Exchange

Would you like to exchange for a different size? Gladly – as long as the desired item is still available. Since TRIØ7 works with limited drops, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Simply write to us at support@trio7.de.
