Processing Time
Each order is processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
As TRIØ7 operates on a print-on-demand basis, production begins once your order is received. This ensures the highest quality for every item.

All delivery times are estimates. Deviations may occur during periods of high order volume or due to external logistics delays.
Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment status in real-time via the link.

Customs & Taxes (International)
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These are not covered by TRIØ7 and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please inform yourself about the applicable regulations in your country before making a purchase.
Problems with your delivery?
If your package is damaged, faulty, or has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date: support@trio7.de. We will quickly find a solution.
